These terms govern your use of First Academies, operated by Saffron and Green Consulting Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company number 09573707, registered office 860–862 Garratt Lane, London SW17 0NB). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
First Academies is a leadership-coaching platform: a structured programme, an AI coach, journaling and worksheet tools, and an optional community area. It's intended for working adults and isn't directed at children.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity on your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page, or by contacting us (see Contact below).
Use First Academies for its intended purpose: your own leadership development. Don't use it to harass or harm others, post unlawful content in the community area, attempt to break or probe the service's security, or misuse the AI coach to generate content unrelated to leadership coaching.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach this section.
Posts in the community area are visible to other members with community access. You're responsible for what you post there; treat it as a public space among peers.
If you're on a paid plan, charges are processed by Stripe or PayPal — whichever is active — and billed according to the plan you selected. Cancelling a paid plan stops future billing; it doesn't retroactively refund past charges unless we say otherwise at the time.
The AI coach provides general coaching-style guidance, not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Use your own judgement about any situation it discusses with you.
We aim to keep First Academies available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we'll try to give reasonable notice of anything significant.
First Academies is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Saffron and Green Consulting Ltd isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under UK law.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let members know.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
